| Description | Codeset used to identify Paxlovid prescriptions. Note: the code_type column specifies whether the concept_id refers to nirmatrelvir, ritonavir, or paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ritonavir). To identify Paxlovid, a nirmatrelvir and ritonavir code needed to occur on the same day. Used to identify pediatric patients aged <18 who were prescribed Paxlovid in the EHR, for a descriptive brief report characterizing these patients. Only data available locally for 8 PEDSnet sites was employed (not the full RECOVER cohort). |
